This week, the internet couldn’t stop gushing over Amit Shah and Aditya Madiraju, the “twinning grooms” who were married in a traditional Hindu wedding ceremony at the BAPS Shri Swaminarayan Mandir while wearing matching pastel kurtas last weekend.

Now, the whole “boyfriend twin” phenomenon has been going on for a while. Two guys start dating, and over the course of the relationship, they slowly being to morph into mirror images of each other.

And given how many pairs of “boyfriend twins” exist in the world, it makes sense that sooner or later they become “husband twins.” Of course, before they can do that, they need to be “twinning grooms” first.
